Laboratory Scientist – LCMS

Are you passionate about analytical science and ready to take your LCMS expertise to the next level? We’re looking for a detail-oriented, driven scientist to join our dynamic laboratory team. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with cutting-edge LCMS instrumentation, contribute to method development and validation, and collaborate with talented professionals in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform LCMS-based analyses to support pharmaceutical, environmental, or chemical testing projects.
• Develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods.
• Interpret complex data and ensure accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate across departments to troubleshoot and improve workflows.
  
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with LCMS instrumentation and data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A team player with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  
  

What to Expect in the Hiring Process:

• 10-15 Minute Phone Interview with Region Recruiter
• 45-60 Minute Virtual Interview with Manager and/or Group Leader
• 45-60 Minute In-Person Meeting over Coffee for a Casual Discussion of the Role

The position is Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Boston, MA, are encouraged to apply.
