Job Description
Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, generally 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., but may vary to meet the assay needs; overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of West Point, PA are encouraged to apply.

Job Description
- Schedule equipment calibrations, preventative maintenance, repairs, and IT updates
- Prepare equipment for service and coordinate lab shutdowns
- Create work orders for facilities needs and capital installation/removing, coordinate dependencies, assigning equipment IDs and follow up to completion
- Support inventory processes for biologics (Benchling) and chemicals (Cosmic), schedule and plan for the annual defrost of freezers and coordinate with Facilities if a loaner is needed
- Order, maintain and organize lab supplies
- Routine disinfection of specified lab equipment
- Plan, coordinate and schedule safety stand-down days for labs
- Options to grow into support roles for assays
- Bachelors degree in a scientific concentration
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
- Highly organized, good communication and interpersonal skills, and strong computer acumen.
- Experience using a LIMS (laboratory information management system), instrumentation would be helpful in this role
- Safety/Biosafety awareness
