Job Description
- Project management of Global Market Access (GMA) for multiple product types including wireless, IoT and Industrial devices.
- Mentor cross-functional teams on GMA best practices globally
- Act as a key cross-functional partner across Global Market Access, Finance, Operations, and regional teams to ensure effective execution Key Competencies:
- Ability to plan, develop and coordinate multiple projects.
- Demonstrate clear, informative, persuasive, and collaborative verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must exhibit honesty, integrity, and courtesy in all interactions.
- Must possess strong work ethic in supporting customer needs, responding promptly and consistently.
- Works with Lab Managers to ensure accurate P&L forecast, provide quality analytical data to clients, and meet on- time delivery dates.
- Ability to manage a business at a profit/loss responsibility level.
- Collaborates with sales team in launching GMA services across multiple industries
- Collaborate with counterparts abroad to ensure delivery of consistent GMA services globally
- Utilize the ARENA database to manage day-to-day business
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree with Project Management and/or minimum 3 years of Project Management experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience pertaining to the telecommunications industry desired.
- Project management experience required.
- MS Office knowledge. Knowledge and experience with telecommunications network technologies, protocols, and operations.
