What You’ll Do

You’ll be the first stop for every DNA sample that comes through our doors. Your work sets the stage for accurate, timely results. In this role, you will:

• Receive and organize incoming samples
  
  

• Enter client information into our systems with speed and accuracy
  
  

• Ensure paperwork and chain-of-custody requirements are complete
  
  

• Support case resolution by preparing reports and notarized documents
  
  

• Work closely with lab staff and customer service teams
  
  

• Keep things moving so families and clients get the answers they need

• You’re detail-oriented — the type who notices if a number is off or a form is missing a signature
• You’re comfortable on a computer and can type quickly and accurately
• You like solving problems and don’t get rattled when priorities change
• You’re dependable, organized, and ready to learn
• High School diploma or GED required — everything else we’ll teach you!

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Communicating with others to exchange information.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
• Manual dexterity to handle, label, and file samples and paperwork.
• Standing, walking, stooping, and kneeling to accomplish tasks and transport samples from accessioning area to Laboratory.
