Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Learn and perform new duties with minimal guidance
- Assist with projects and respond to emergent repairs.
- Perform routine and non-routine duties independently
- Diagnose problems and suggest possible solutions
- Keep abreast of current developments and trends in professional area
- Understand technical knowledge or skills not easily or quickly learned on the job
- Use power tools to complete tasks and projects
- Complete and/or assist with basic to mediocre carpentry projects
- Maintain inventory of supplies
- Maintain outside grounds
- Give general assistance to supervisor
- Assist with processes related to recycling and general trash removal
- Effectively us Maintenance Connection for work orders
- Communicates effectively with client staff members
- Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
- Performs other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:

Basic Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Minimum of one year of experience in general maintenance
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-3 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, Pennsylvania are encouraged to apply.
