Role Description
EuroCert USA is seeking APSCA‑certified CSCAs to join our pool of independent auditors. As a contractor, you'll conduct SMETA audits across the U.S. and Canada on an assignment basis. We work with clients in manufacturing, agriculture, logistics, and retail who demand rigorous, ethical supply chain oversight.
Qualifications
- Perform independent SMETA audits (2- and 4-pillar) on-site.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments: documentation review, facility walkthroughs, and worker/management interviews.
- Submit detailed audit reports and CAPRs via Sedex platform.
- Operate under APSCA Code of Conduct and Sedex Best Practice Guidance.
- Represent EuroCert USA with professionalism and neutrality.
Required Qualifications:
- Current APSCA CSCA designation - active and in good standing (no exceptions).
- Demonstrated experience conducting full-scope social compliance audits.
- Solid knowledge of labor law (U.S./Canada), ILO standards, and supply chain ethics.
- Strong report-writing and interpersonal communication skills.
- Fluent in English (Spanish or French is a plus).
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across North America.
