What You’ll Do
As a Production Associate on our Multi-Slide Line, you will:
- Assemble door panels according to specifications
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for safety and quality
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
- Report production issues or defects to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation
- Support continuous improvement efforts on the production line
What We’re Looking For
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Standing and moving for extended periods
- Use of hands for tools and assembly work
Work Environment
- Manufacturing facility with machinery and moderate noise levels
- Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
