Job Title: CNC Operator📍 Location: North Port🕒 Schedule: 6:00AM – 2:30PM Monday- Friday (overtime & weekends as needed)💰 Pay: $19.00 to $23.00📄 Position Type: Full-Time

Your Role as CNC Operator

As a CNC Operator, you play a key role in supporting our Multi-Slide, Frames, and Folding production lines. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and consistent focus on safety and quality. You will ensure materials are accurately machined, labeled, organized, and staged to maintain efficient workflow across production lines.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Production Support & CNC Machining

• Operate CNC machines to produce components and extras for multiple production lines.

• Ensure materials are machined accurately and labeled per job specifications.

• Perform quality checks to confirm precision and adherence to standards.

🔹 Material Flow & Organization

• Maintain proper material levels at CNC stations to support continuous workflow.

• Load carts with staged and machined materials for continued production use.

• Coordinate CNC flow across production lines in collaboration with CNC and Saw operators.

🔹 Systems & Communication

• Use the Watch ERP system to run tickets and label jobs accurately.

• Assist the CNC and Saws Lead with daily task prioritization and workflow planning.

🔹 Safety & Work Environment

• Maintain a clean and efficient work area following 5S standards.

• Follow all company safety protocols and demonstrate strong safety awareness.

What You Need to Succeed

✔ Key Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Mechanically inclined with ability to operate CNC equipment.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced production environment.

• Clear communication and ability to follow processes consistently.

✔ Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing with CNC machining required.

• Experience with ERP systems (Euro-Wall Watch or ODOO preferred).

• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift.

• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
