Bring the Joy of Pickleball and Tennis to Kids and Inspire Young Athletes!
Location: Multiple Bay Area Locations (East Bay, South Bay, Peninsula)
Salary: $30–$40/hour
Type: Part-time
Schedule: Weekdays & Weekends | 2–5 hours/week
Do you have a passion for pickleball or tennis and enjoy working with kids? We're looking for dedicated After-School Pickleball/Tennis Coaches to teach engaging classes for students across the Bay Area.
What You’ll Do:
- Teach pickleball/tennis classes for after-school programs (8–10 students)
- Teach using provided lesson plans and help create a positive and engaging environment for students aged 5–10
- Set up and transport tennis/pickleball equipment to each class
- Take attendance, sign students in/out, and communicate with parents and staff
- Capture session highlights with photos
- Attend unpaid training/shadowing sessions to learn our program structure
Bonus: We are especially seeking coaches who can teach more than one sport — including Tennis, Basketball, Dance, Volleyball, Soccer, Yoga, PE Teacher/Olympic Hopes and Floor Hockey!
Requirements:
- 19 years old with reliable Bay Area transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pickleball/tennis experience (teaching or playing) preferred, but not required
- Enjoy working with kids and able to manage a classroom professionally
- Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be fully vaccinated and willing to complete a background check
