EURO-COMPOSITES® Corporation, a global leader in producing lightweight composite products for the aerospace industry, is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to join our fast-paced team in Elkwood, VA. In this key role, you’ll be integral to the financial success of our business by handling accounts receivable, collections, and cost estimation — all while working in the exciting world of aerospace manufacturing.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze financial data across multiple systems to generate insights that drive profitability and improve margins.
- Manage accounts receivable and collections, ensuring smooth financial operations.
- Estimate costs and define processes for product cost estimation while researching variances.
- Maintain and update operational dashboards for real-time business performance analysis.
- Strengthen internal controls and processes for maximum efficiency and accuracy.
- Build financial models that drive strategic decision-making and support business growth.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial planning.
- Perform detailed plant and product cost analysis to optimize operational performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of experience in a financial operations role, including accounts receivable, collections, and cost estimation (ideally within manufacturing or a technical field).
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong financial acumen with solid knowledge of manufacturing costing principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- High attention to detail and the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources.
- Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivots, data analysis).
- Experience with ERP and accounting software.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (required due to federal regulations).
