Job Summary
As a CNC Operator, you will set up and operate Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality precision parts, maintaining strict aerospace quality and safety standards.
- WE WILL TRAIN
- Load machine programs and set up tools/materials.
- Use and manipulate basic M & G codes.
- Handle, clean, and visually inspect finished parts.
- Calculate and adjust for depth tolerances.
- Maintain clean equipment, safe workspaces, and accurate documentation.
- Physical Requirements: Standing, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted. Working with basic hand tools.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to accuracy, precision, and basic mathematics.
- Ability to interpret blueprints (or a willingness to learn).
- A collaborative attitude—ability to work well with others and take direction.
- Fork truck certification is a plus, but not needed. We will train you!
- Scheduling: Must be available for shift work, including evenings and weekends based on company needs.
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Sunday – Thursday)
