Job Summary

As a CNC Operator, you will set up and operate Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality precision parts, maintaining strict aerospace quality and safety standards.

Essential Functions:

• Load machine programs and set up tools/materials.
• Use and manipulate basic M & G codes.
• Handle, clean, and visually inspect finished parts.
• Calculate and adjust for depth tolerances.
• Maintain clean equipment, safe workspaces, and accurate documentation.
• Physical Requirements: Standing, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted. Working with basic hand tools.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to accuracy, precision, and basic mathematics.
• Ability to interpret blueprints (or a willingness to learn).
• A collaborative attitude—ability to work well with others and take direction.
• Fork truck certification is a plus, but not needed. We will train you!
• Scheduling: Must be available for shift work, including evenings and weekends based on company needs.
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Sunday – Thursday)
