They also ensure customer satisfaction and good public relations through the safe and efficient uses of resources.  The hours of operation for this position are Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with flexibility to work across two locations in Kirkland, WA, and Redmond, WA. Key Responsibilities: Oversees daily administrative and operational tasksHandles all aspects of staff managementManages all financials including budget development, forecasting, and financial reportingMaintains knowledge of the market place and trendsManages cost controls and control expenditures for the accountOversees sanitation and safety of assigned unit(s)Purchases and manages inventoryRolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with Company marketing and culinary teamActs as the direct liaison with the client Preferred Qualifications: Culinary degree preferred, or A.A.
