Roles & Duties:
- Support In-Person Instruction with small groups of students in a 4-1 ratio or less
- Grow student's academic abilities and confidence from beginning to end of programs.
- Learn and use math teaching strategies
- Communicate regularly with the leadership teaching team and administrators
Ideal Candidate
- A history of coursework in STEM or education
- Experience teaching or tutoring children using Pedagogy
- Flexible, hard-working, proactive, dependable, creative, and enjoys learning
- Strong oral and written communication
- Open to working with students grades K-12
