Administrative Assistant – Operations (Full-Time)

Eureka Van & Storage has been in business since 1979, and we are looking to add a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Operations team. This is a long-term opportunity with a stable, established company.
Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant will support the Operations Manager with daily office and customer-facing tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and manage professional email communication with customers, vendors, and internal staff
- Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems
- Assist with scheduling, job coordination, and general office support
- Communicate with customers regarding services, updates, and logistics
- Collect and process customer payments (including credit cards)
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Support operations team with day-to-day administrative needs
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Strong written communication skills (must be able to write clear, professional emails)
- Proficient with computers and basic office software
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior administrative or office experience preferred
Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
