Administrative Assistant – Operations (Full-Time)

Eureka Van & Storage Co., Inc. – Manassas, VA

Eureka Van & Storage has been in business since 1979, and we are looking to add a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Operations team. This is a long-term opportunity with a stable, established company.

Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant will support the Operations Manager with daily office and customer-facing tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and manage professional email communication with customers, vendors, and internal staff
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems
  • Assist with scheduling, job coordination, and general office support
  • Communicate with customers regarding services, updates, and logistics
  • Collect and process customer payments (including credit cards)
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Support operations team with day-to-day administrative needs

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
  • Strong written communication skills (must be able to write clear, professional emails)
  • Proficient with computers and basic office software
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior administrative or office experience preferred

Schedule

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
