We're currently seeking an experienced Property Manager with a strong background in commercial leasing to oversee day-to-day operations of a mixed-use community that includes both residential and retail/commercial tenants.
Position Summary: The Property Manager is responsible for the overall management, financial performance, and day-to-day operations of the property. This role requires a professional who can balance residential tenant relations with the complexities of commercial lease administration, tenant buildouts, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and reporting.
- Oversee and negotiate commercial lease agreements, renewals, and tenant improvements in compliance with company standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with both residential and commercial tenants, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and maintenance requests efficiently.
- Review financial reports, prepare budgets, and monitor property performance against targets.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
- Collaborate with ownership, vendors, and contractors to maintain property appearance and functionality.
- Lead and mentor on-site staff to achieve operational excellence and team goals.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property management, including commercial leasing or mixed-use property experience required.
- Strong knowledge of lease structures, CAM reconciliations, and commercial tenant relations.
- Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, or similar).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and analyze financial statements.
- CAM certification, CPM, or Real Estate License preferred but not required.
