Full Job Description
We are looking for responsible candidates who take ownership of their work and want to play a purposeful role in developing and maintaining client relationships and shaping the future of our firm.
What You’ll Do
- Handle construction and commercial disputes in Nevada, including contractual and statutory claims under NRS 108 and NRS 624.
- Advocate in Nevada state and federal courts.
- Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff on a variety of cases.
- Draft pleadings, briefs, discovery, and other litigation work product.
- Build strong client relationships and collaborate with firm leadership on strategic growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Nevada Bar license in good standing.
- 3–7 years of meaningful commercial litigation experience.
- Strong research, writing, oral advocacy, case management, and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, sound judgment, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Construction litigation/law experience is a plus, but not required.
- Eager to grow as a litigator and build a long-term career with the firm.
