Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hard-working budtender to join our Missoula team. This position requires strong attendance and punctuality, flexibility, excellent customer service, and a passion for top quality cannabis products.
Duties
- Open and close the retail store, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Successfully operate a cash register and point-of-sale system, ensuring accurate cash-handling and a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate inventory, even during busy hours.
- Maintain attractive, neat and organized product displays.
- Ensure state compliance in all aspects of cannabis sales within the store.
- Label cannabis products.
Experience
- Previous budtending experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be willing to learn new processes and adapt to changes in procedure.
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
Compensation
- Wages start at $15/hour with room to grow.
