What You’ll Do:
As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Euphoria—greeting customers, recommending products, and ensuring everyone who walks through our doors has a positive, informed shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with product selection and inquiries
- Operate the POS system to handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately
- Stay informed about new products and promotions
- Keep shelves stocked, displays organized, and the shop clean
- Maintain knowledge of inventory and restock when needed
- Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment
- Occasionally help guide or support junior staff
- Follow store policies and maintain a professional demeanor
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
- Comfortable handling cash and using a POS system
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude
- Willingness to learn about products and stay current with industry trends
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable, punctual, and respectful of workplace responsibilities
- Interest or experience in smoke shop products is a big plus
