What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server Assistant, Busser, and Host position at Euphoria Kitchen?
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take customer orders and enter them accurately into the POS system ( Toast)
- Handle cash transactions and provide correct change to customers
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Clear and clean tables after customers have finished dining
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines
Skills:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but by no means required
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating a POS system
- Knowledge of culinary terminology and menu items
- Familiarity with Toast POS system is helpful
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper hygiene practices
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
