You’ll lead implementation projects, analyze client needs, and guide them through process improvements that make a real difference.

While experience in public sector budgeting or systems implementation is a strong asset, what matters most is your ability to learn, lead, and deliver.

While experience in public sector budgeting or systems implementation is a strong asset, what matters most is your ability to learn, lead, and deliver.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple client implementations from kickoff to go-live
- Analyze existing budgeting processes and recommend improvements
- Migrate and load data using our Excel-based interface
- Manage timelines, track progress, and resolve issues
- Collaborate across departments to ensure client success
- Become a product expert and trusted advisor to clients
- 3-8 years of experience in one or more aspects of software application delivery (systems implementation, project management, analysis, QA, training, etc.)
- Strong Excel and data skills
- Confident communicator with excellent organization and time management
- Self-starter who thrives with minimal oversight
- Comfortable working in client-facing roles
- Public sector or budgeting experience (municipal, healthcare, education)
- Knowledge of forecasting, grant accounting, or financial planning tools
- Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, SSRS) or project management apps like Cloud Coach or Asana
