Eugene's Hot Chicken in Hoover, AL is looking for one catering manager to join our 26 person strong team. We are located on 3232 Galleria Circle#101. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.

Sales & Business Development
- Build and grow catering and event sales across all Eugene’s Hot Chicken locations
- Drive catering revenue with a performance-based catering commission structure
- Develop catering and event business through strong relationships with corporate, community, and institutional partners
- Learn and execute catering growth strategies across all active platforms (email, CRM, social, direct outreach, etc.)
- Maintain and grow the catering customer database
- Send follow-up communications and handwritten thank-you cards after catering events to encourage repeat business
Marketing & Outreach
- Write, prepare, and mail 250 catering postcards per month
- Manage and distribute a weekly catering calendar
- Manage and distribute a weekly food truck calendar
- Keep food truck and catering contact lists accurate and up to date
Catering Operations
- Coordinate, cook, plate, organize, and execute catering orders
- Deliver catering orders to client locations when required
- Assist operators with catering execution at all locations
- Support catering prep and execution for multiple locations as needed
- Order and manage all necessary catering supplies and products
- Maintain catering brand standards and presentation
Food Truck & Event Management
- Manage the monthly food truck schedule and calendar
- Maintain relationships with food truck partners and event organizers
- Manage all food truck vendors and catering vendors
- Assist with food truck permits, fire inspections, and compliance
- Maintain up-to-date ServSafe binders on all food trucks
Customer Experience & Communication
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal teams and external guests
- Act as the primary point of contact for catering and food truck clients
- Ensure clear communication between operators, drivers, vendors, and customers
