Receptionist/Janitor (Part-time Swing Shift)
The Eugene Hotel is Eugene's premier retirement community. We are looking for a part-time swing shift receptionist with a minimum of one year of experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Greet visitors promptly and professionally, gathering information and referring visitor to proper team member.
- Answer phones promptly and professionally.
- Interact with residents; record work orders, refer questions/requests to the appropriate person.
- Properly apply all emergency procedures as required.
- Present a professional demeanor that communicates a corporate philosophy of service, goodwill, and genuine interest in each resident's needs.
- Familiarize yourself with residents of the Community.
- Encourage and motivate residents in all areas, providing assistance when necessary.
- Participate in all training offered by employer.
- Swing Shift responsibilities may include the following: trash removal, vacuuming, mopping floors, dusting, restroom cleaning and re-stocking. Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 18 per week
