Job Summary:
- Implement the treatment plans as developed by the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting for patients with impaired functional abilities following established policies and protocols under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program
- Required Licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Eager to not just provide medical care but to foster an atmosphere that is inviting and enjoyable
- Strong sense of Stewardship
- Willing to get into the community to drive referrals
- Genuinely respectful of all colleagues and patients
- Outpatient clinic experience preferred but not required
