Trade Support Analyst

Position: Front Office – Trade Support

Duration: Long-Term

Location: NYC, NY

Key Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience supporting mission‑critical front‑office trading applications within Equities, including U.S. Market Making, ETFs, Electronic Trading, Global Program Trading, and Convertible Bonds
• Strong understanding of high‑touch trading workflows, FIX protocol, OMS platforms, IOI processing, market data, and CTM flows, Tidal or other scheduler systems
• Proven experience handling regulatory and compliance‑driven requests and inquiries, including Reg NMS, Reg SHO, CAT, ACT, ORF, and TRACE
• Proficient with, SQL querying, JIRA for issue tracking, and Excel for operational analysis and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across front office, middle office, and control functions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical issues to non‑technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Self‑motivated and adaptable, with the ability to prioritize and execute effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure trading environment
• Experience with scripting and automation tools is a plus
