Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior HRIS & Operations Management Professional with progressive experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing human resources operations across diverse, fast-paced industries. This role requires a dynamic, results-driven HR professional that enhance onboarding, drive compliance, and elevate the employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee workforce operations including payroll, benefits, policy compliance, and employee data management for large-scale, multi-state teams.
- Drive onboarding, employee lifecycle, and talent workflow improvements.
- Develop and enforce compliance, including E-Verify and digital I-9 processes, maintaining audit readiness across all locations.
- Partner with executive leadership to inform strategic HR decisions through data, analytics, and performance reporting.
- Manage and mentor HR teams across key functional areas, fostering a high-performance, accountable, and growth-oriented culture.
- Meeting Client Hiring Managers leveraging business development.
