What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundsman position at Euclid Court Apartments?
Duties
- Specific Requirements include:
1. The ability to perform all tasks in a safe manner and to use good safety practices at all times.
2. Courteous, helpful, and customer service oriented attitude in dealing with residents, visitors, staff, vendors, and management
3. Respond quickly, efficiently, and competently to daily service calls.
4. Trash out of vacant units
5. Routine Cleaning of the Laundry.
6. Keeps grounds, buildings, interior hallways, security lights, windows and screens clean and in good repair.
7. Proactive annual preventative maintenance such as: gutter cleaning, sidewalk power washing,
8. Maintains supplies in an orderly fashion in the Euclid Court shop.
9. Remain available by page or telephone at all times--except when pre-negotiated with supervisor.
10. Maintain a good driving record and is experienced driving a long bed truck.
