Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Experienced Glazier to join our growing team. You will handle the installation, replacement, and repair of glass structures across commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate has deep expertise cutting and fitting glass, troubleshooting complex installations, and operating specialized glazing tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Install glass for use in storefronts, curtain walls, windows, skylights, and interior partitions.
- Measure & install frameless & heavy glass shower doors
- Cutting glass, laminated glass, mirror & acrylic precisely to required sizes and shapes.
- Read shop drawings and technical specifications to determine glass sizes and installation procedures.
- Fabricate aluminum frames and hardware for commercial glass entryways.
- Operate equipment safely, including glass cutters, suction cups, scaffolding, and scissor lifts.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of professional glazing experience required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with commercial storefront systems, curtain walls, and heavy glass showers.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 100 lbs., climb ladders, and work at heights.
- Licensing: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Tools: Ownership of standard glazier hand tools is preferred.
- Certifications: OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is highly desirable.
