Job Summary
Eubanks Equipment is seeking a motivated and results-driven Construction Equipment Sales Representative to join our team in Claremore, Oklahoma. This role is responsible for selling new and used equipment, developing long-term customer relationships, and representing the Eubanks Equipment brand with professionalism and integrity. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, customer-focused, and knowledgeable (or eager to learn) about equipment and the industries we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell new and used equipment to customers within an assigned territory
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively prospecting for new business
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions
- Prepare and present quotes, pricing, and financing options
- Stay knowledgeable on product lines, features, and competitive offerings
- Conduct on-site customer visits, demonstrations, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with service, parts, and management teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and forecasts
- Represent Eubanks Equipment at trade shows, customer events, and industry functions as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Previous sales experience preferred (equipment, ag, construction, or industrial sales a plus)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong computer skills (CRM, email, quoting systems)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally

Additional Requirements
