JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description As a BIM Project Specialist, you will be
responsible for supporting the design, coordination, and execution of
Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes specifically for
structural detailing, and multidisciplinary coordination. This role
plays a critical part in translating engineering concepts into accurate,
constructible models and drawings using Revit and related BIM tools. You
will work closely with engineers and designers to develop detailed Revit
models, ensuring that mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are
accurately represented and well-coordinated within the project. Your
role will contribute to enhancing project efficiency, collaboration, and
overall quality. As part of EUA, a fully integrated architecture and
engineering firm, BIM coordination is crucial in facilitating seamless

requires accurate and efficient coordination between HVAC, plumbing,
electrical, structural, and architectural systems, ensuring that all
elements of a project are aligned from concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and revise structural BIM models
in Autodesk Revit for a variety of project types. Ensure that all models
comply with industry standards and project specifications. Produce
structural drawings, details, and schedules in support of design and
construction documentation Assist structural engineers with model setup,
modeling standards, and drawing production Coordinate structural models
with architectural, MEP, and other discipline models to identify and
resolve clashes Participate in BIM coordination meetings and respond to
coordination issues Implement and adhere to company BIM standards,
templates, and workflows Assist with model quality control to ensure
accuracy, consistency, and constructability Support project teams during
design development, permitting, and construction phases as needed
Standards and Quality Control: Ensure adherence to BIM execution plans
(BEP), managing project-specific BIM standards for structural systems.
