What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr Client Partner position at Etumos?
An Etumos Sr Client Partner is laser-focused on making happy clients, authentic and professional in both internal and external business and social situations, extremely adaptable to rapid project shifts and familiar with how to coach project teams through inevitable change. They act as both a “traditional” account manager, dealing with contracts and revenue, as well as provide the value-add of coaching clients through strategic revenue operations initiatives based on their experience across Etumos clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead post-sale kickoff processes and ensure quality strategic deliverables are handed over to the client
- Own the relationship with Etumos at the logo level across multiple complex clients
- Achieve retention and profitability goals with strategic partners and overall book of business
- Prepare needed weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly reporting for client stakeholders on overall project progress and success
- Ensure that stakeholder expectations are aligned within the agreed scope of work
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
- Work with consultants and sales teams to ensure contract renewal in a timely fashion
- Keep a pulse on market needs and surface un-addressed opportunities to leadership
- Partner with project managers to organize project teams, allocate resources, and manage budgets
- Provide strategic advisory services around the practice of revenue operations to both the internal Etumos team and externally to clients where appropriate and beneficial to the client relationship
- 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, marketing operations and/or marketing technology
- 5 years experience in an enterprise marketing environment
- Experience with sales or solution architecture in support of sales
- Experience working within an agency
- Experience negotiating contracts with clients and/or restructuring operations for increased efficiency
- Knowledge of the needs of growth professionals, particularly in B2B technology, either through first-hand or agency experience
- Skilled at data gathering and analysis
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Must be an adept problem solver and capable of thinking quickly, especially in urgent, critical situations
