We are seeking a talented and innovative Art Director / Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role involves leading visual projects, developing compelling branding and marketing materials, and producing high-quality digital and print designs. Responsibilities
- Lead the art direction for branding campaigns, marketing materials, and digital content to ensure visual consistency and impact
- Design and develop logos, illustrations, layouts, and typography for various media including print, web, and social platforms
- Create engaging motion graphics and video content using Adobe After Effects, video editing tools, and animation techniques
- Develop web designs and UI/UX concepts utilizing WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems
- Produce digital art, photo manipulation, and photo editing using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools
- Manage color schemes and color management processes to ensure accurate color reproduction across all media
- Collaborate with marketing teams to produce compelling visual content aligned with brand strategy
- Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator), Sketch, CorelDRAW, Figma, InVision for layout design and prototyping
- Oversee sign manufacturing projects and print advertising materials ensuring high-quality production standards
- Present concepts clearly to clients or internal stakeholders with strong presentation skills
Skills
- Proven experience in art direction, branding, graphic design, and digital art production
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), After Effects for motion graphics and video editing
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles using Figma or Sketch for web and app interfaces
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for web design projects; familiarity with WordPress CMS is preferred
- Excellent illustration skills along with knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and typesetting
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate creative concepts effectively
- Knowledge of sign manufacturing processes is a plus
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or similar platforms
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies to create visually compelling campaigns
