EMLVO is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our legal team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the firm. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including preparation of legal documents, correspondence with clients and court personnel, managing attorney calendars and deadlines, organizing and maintaining legal files and documents, and other duties as may be assigned.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a legal assistant or in a similar role, strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, professional demeanor, the ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Adobe is necessary.
