Position: Subcontractor – Commercial Cleaning

Pay: Contract-Based (Paid Monthly)
ABOUT THE CONTRACT
Ettjoy Enterprises Inc. is seeking a reliable subcontractor cleaner to service a commercial facility 7 days per week.
SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
Monday–Friday
- 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM (5 hours per day)
- A two-person team is required (must include one man & one woman)
Saturday–Sunday
- 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (4 hours per day)
- ONLY one cleaner is required
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily commercial cleaning
- Trash removal, sweeping, mopping, restrooms, dusting, disinfecting
- Follow building security/lock-up procedures
- Report issues or supply needs
- Maintain consistent quality and reliability
SUBCONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS
Required Documentation
- COI (Certificate of Insurance)
- General Liability ($1M minimum)
- Workers Comp (if required by law)
- Must list Ettjoy Enterprises Inc. as Certificate Holder

- Active business entity (LLC or Corporation preferred)
- EIN number
- Completed W-9 form
Operational Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work 7 days a week at the assigned times
- Experience in commercial cleaning
- Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Must pass a background check
- Must be able to staff a male female team Mon–Fri, and one cleaner Sat–Sun
