Basic Function

An ideal candidate will demonstrate a desire to serve the community. The Site Coordinator will oversee the Site operation, supervise staff and ensure students’ safety. The Site Coordinator will think, communicate, and behave like a mission-driven leader, will demonstrate a healthy example of desired staff behaviors, and will demonstrate the values of ETSS.This position is for the summer only from June to August and requires 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare program site daily by maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Provide supervision and leadership to site staff.
• Will oversee staff performance, student safety, and implementation of program expectation
• Will oversee a safe drop off and pick up procedure of students
• Oversee the regular cleaning of classrooms, program supplies, and common areas
• Keep all common areas used by the program clean
• Will oversee the food program
• Alongside the Bilingual Assistant, manage communication and engagement with families
• Work with the Bilingual Assistant to document and report any health concerns
• Complete reports and any other assigned tasks in a timely manner
• Check and respond to email regularly
• Responsible for approving staff timesheet on ADP
• Perform tasks pertinent to achieving goals and objectives, as deemed necessary by Youth Program Managers.
