Your day-to-day as a Production Associate:
- Operate RF welding machines for fabric assembly
- Assist with industrial sewing and hardware installation
- Move, position, and handle large fabric panels
- Inspect and prepare finished components for quality
Your skills and experience:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable attendance and willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
