Job Location: In-Person, $30-$45/Hour (Based on Experience), 2nd Shift, Full-Time, Excellent Benefits, Up to $10,000 Sign-on Bonus
Our client is a growing manufacturer of high-quality personal care products, and they want you to join their team as a Machine Setup Operator.
Available Shift:
- 2nd Shift: 3:15 pm - 1:45 am (Sunday-Wednesday, Monday-Thursday, or Tuesday-Friday)
Your day-to-day as a Machine Setup Operator:
- Set up, adjust, and repair production equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues with minimal instruction or supervision
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient production process
- Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with manufacturing standards
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed
Your skills and experience:
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with machinery
- Ability to problem-solve and think creatively in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing production demands
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus
