Optometrist (OD)
Great opportunity to take over an established patient base in the coastal community of Rehoboth Beach, DE. You will provide a variety of exams with a medical focus and enjoy a great M-F schedule.
About the Role
- Join a multi-doctor ophthalmology/optometry practice to take over an established patient base.
- Focused on medical eye care: significant pathology, pre- and post-operative care, glaucoma management, keratoconus, urgent/emergent visits, and more.
- Great M-F schedule.
- Dedicated clinical and administrative support.
- Experience in a medical setting preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $200,000–$300,000
- Full benefits: medical, vision, dental

- Licensed OD with strong medical optometry experience
- Comfortable managing complex pathology and perioperative care
- Team-oriented, able to collaborate in a multi-doctor environment

- Diagnose disease and vision disorders

- Doctor of Optometry degree (OD)
- License to practice in the state of DE
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
