Electrical Test Engineer – Drone ManufacturingWe are seeking a skilled Electrical Test Engineer with strong production experience to support the development and implementation of robust electrical testing procedures in a drone manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with a hands-on background in diagnosing electrical defects, building custom test equipment, and ensuring the reliability of electrical systems throughout the production process.Responsibilities:Design and build electrical test fixtures, test jigs, and automated testing setups to evaluate components and systems.Execute and refine test protocols to detect electrical faults and pinpoint the source of electrical defects in drone hardware.Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to integrate testing solutions directly into the manufacturing workflow.Perform root cause analysis to identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions.Analyze test data to ensure compliance with electrical standards and internal quality control requirements.Support product validation and functional testing at various stages of the product lifecycle.Qualifications:Proven experience in electrical testing, test development, or electronic fault analysis in a manufacturing environment.Ability to design and fabricate custom test setups for various electrical subsystems.Strong knowledge of electrical components, circuits, and schematics.Experience with test instrumentation such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power analyzers.Familiarity with drone technology, embedded systems, or aerospace electronics is a plus.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on production efficiency and product reliability.
