Position Description
- Lead company-wide Lean Six Sigma initiatives across our global operations
- Drives operational excellence, improving productivity, reducing waste, enhancing quality, and building a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization
- Executes and manages the company's Continuous Improvement strategy aligned with business objectives
- Partner with executive leadership to identify operational improvement opportunities and prioritize strategic initiatives
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to measure improvement impact and sustain gains
- Will be lead point of contact for monthly rollup meetings and presentations
- Manage alignment to parent company's Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Moderate travel will be required
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
- 10 years of manufacturing experience with progressive leadership responsibilities
- 5 years leading Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement programs in a manufacturing environment
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required; Master Black Belt preferred
- Proven success driving measurable operational improvements and cost savings
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing systems and operational excellence principles
- Experience leading change initiatives in complex manufacturing organizations
Preferred Qualifications
- Multi-site manufacturing experience
- Experience with automation, Industry 4.0, or digital manufacturing initiatives
- ERP/MRP system knowledge (Syteline, CSI, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
