Purpose: As a tabletop content creator at etrailer.com you will be responsible for creating industry leading video content. Success in this position is shown in your ability to understand how our products solve our shopper's problems. You will be our on-camera talent for demonstrating how our products solve problems. At etrailer.com it's our mission to build the most personalized online shopping experience possible. We understand that our customers can't hold and inspect the products that we sell, so it will be your job to create this experience for them.


Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
• Conduct in-depth research using internal and external resources to ensure we are helping the customer solve their problem
• Thoroughly explaining the features and benefits of our products
• Use critical thinking skills to provide answers the online shopper doesn't know they need
• Understanding our product offering well enough to make informed recommendations
• Work with internal teams and our vendors to ensure content is as accurate and up to date as possible
• Communicating effectively with our customers in a conversational, yet professional manner
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:       
• On camera experience a plus
• Customer service and/or sales experience a plus
• Passion for helping others
• Passion for RV, Camping, Recreation, Cars and Trucks welcome!
• Adaptability - The vision is fixed, but the plan is fluid
• Perform essential duties satisfactorily.

Education / Experience:       
•High School Diploma required
