What You'll Do:
- Serve our Neighbors: Answer inbound phone calls, offering friendly assistance on a range of camping, towing, and outdoor accessories, while providing personalized solutions.
- Build Strong Connections: Establish lasting relationships with our neighbors, ensuring each call is an opportunity to offer thoughtful recommendations and guidance tailored to their needs.
- Use Technology & Resources: Work with computers and a variety of other resources to track neighbor details, ensure accurate order processing, and enhance the neighbor’s experience with us.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner with teammates to solve challenges, refine processes, and ensure every neighbor feels valued and heard throughout their journey.
- Stay Curious & Learn: Continuously ask questions, stay informed, and actively seek opportunities to improve your role and the neighbor experience.
- Own the Experience: Take responsibility for ensuring every interaction—whether it's assisting with a product inquiry or supporting an installation—is positive and memorable for our neighbors.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: Start at $20/hour with the potential to earn $22 (average), top performers can earn $24 or even $27 .
- Location: Conveniently located in Wentzville, MO near Highways 40, 61, 64, and 70.
