Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
Develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
Coordinate and participate in multidisciplinary care planning and patient conferences
Foster a positive and respectful work environment, promoting open communication and collaboration among team members

Requirements
