Supply Chain Intern

Etnyre International is a growing, family-owned manufacturer of road construction and maintenance equipment. We are hiring a Season Supply Chain Intern to support supplier collaboration, data-drive decision making, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. ⚙️

This is not a sit-and-observe internship. Our Supply Chain Internship is designed to be hands-on, interactive and engaging. You will gain real-world experience by collaborating across multiple departments and working directly with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and department leaders. You will contribute to meaningful projects while learning how supply chain decisions impact the business from start to finish. 

What You Will Do

• Support supply chain activities from design through manufacturing

• Work directly with suppliers and internal teams

• Assist with data analysis, reporting, and monthly metrics

• Help track purchase orders and conduct supplier research

• Support inventory management, parts optimization, and sourcing strategies

• Participate in price negotiations and risk analysis

• Help identify process efficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives

• Assist in solving manufacturing and engineering issues related to supply chain

Qualifications - What We Are Looking For: 

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and on a team

• Creative thinker with a desire to learn and improve processes

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Physical Requirements:

Some bending and twisting are required. Routine duties will occasionally require lifting approximately 10-20 pounds (and periodically heavier loads.)
