About the Role:
Join our production team and play a key role in preparing high-quality parts for painting and shipment. As a Clean and Prep Operative, you will clean, assemble, and prepare parts to meet work order, quality, and safety standards. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work and supporting the team. 🤝

What You’ll Do:
- Clean parts using hand and powered tools to remove slag and surface debris
- Wash parts using wash booths or approved chemical solvents in preparation for painting
- Perform assembly work according to work order specifications and required tolerances
- Inspect parts regularly to ensure quality standards are met
- Package finished parts for shipment per work order requirements
- Record accurate labor and production data
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
- Support other production tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Completion of required production, quality, and safety training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and use cranes or lifting devices for heavier loads
- Ability to bend, twist, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
