You’ll be at the heart of bringing designs to life—transforming sketches and plans into detailed, production-ready drawings that make projects happen.

🔧 Your Day-to-Day Adventures:

• 📐 Dive into architectural manufacturing metal product blueprints and bring them to life through accurate installation and construction drawings
• 🧩 Translate design concepts into fully detailed fabrication drawing packages (plus all the supporting documentation)
• 💬 Collaborate with architectural designers and customers to move projects from initial ideas to finished products
• 🤝 Partner with Engineering and Production to ensure everything is built exactly as intended
• 🚀 Lead and coordinate projects from start to finish—working closely with Customer Service, Engineering, and Sales to keep everything running smoothly

🎓 What You Bring to the Table

We’re looking for someone who’s equal parts detail-oriented, creative thinker, and team player. If you love working with design, tech, and real-world projects, you’ll fit right in!

✅ Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 🎓 Associate’s Degree in Design, Drafting, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience that shows your skills
• 🏭 1–3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• 🖥️ Strong skills in AutoCAD and SolidWorks—you know your way around creating detailed architectural and fabrication drawings
• 🔢 Solid math skills (because great design and precision go hand in hand!)
• 💻 Confident with computers and Windows-based software
• 🗣️ Excellent communication skills—you’re comfortable collaborating with team members across all levels
• 🧠 Ability to read and interpret blueprints and transform them into accurate, detailed drawings
• 🔄 Comfortable juggling multiple projects and jumping into work started by others
• 🔩 Working knowledge of metal fabrication processes, including:
  • Cutting methods (laser, punch)
  • Bend deductions and calculations
  • Brake press tooling and basic operation

⭐ Bonus Points If You Have:

• 🏗️ Experience creating installation and fabrication drawings for the commercial architectural industry
• 🧰 Additional experience with SolidWorks CAD software
• 🚀 A knack for learning new software quickly
• 🛠️ Hands-on experience in construction, building, metal fabrication, or manufacturing
