As a Leasing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in converting prospects into residents and ensuring an exceptional living experience across our properties. By delivering prompt, professional, and engaging customer service, you will help maintain peak occupancy rates and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Leasing & Prospect Engagement: Respond promptly to prospective resident inquiries, conduct property tours, and manage the full leasing pipeline to maximize conversions.
- Property Operations & Logistics: Assist with on-site property coordination, track maintenance requests, and help manage vendor schedules to keep operations running smoothly.
- Resident Relations & Onboarding: Manage resident communications, draft official notices, oversee onboarding documentation, and resolve day-to-day inquiries with high service standards.
- Listing & Marketing Management: Maintain and optimize active property listings across Zillow, Apartments.com, and other rental platforms to drive qualified traffic.
- Administrative & Financial Support: Keep digital files meticulously organized, update property management tracking logs, and support basic expense tracking and administrative tasks.
- Market Research: Gather data on local rental trends, competitor pricing, and vendor rates to keep our properties competitive and operationally efficient.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–2 years in property management, real estate, hospitality, or sales.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including readiness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Tech & Organizational Skills: Proficient in spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets, Excel) and digital organization software. Experience with property management tools or CRM platforms is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Mobility: Reliable personal transportation required for local property visits across the city.
- Marketing Advantage: Prior experience with social media management or digital marketing is highly valued.
