Etico Management oversees a portfolio of roughly 400 small to medium-sized buildings throughout the Miami urban core. We have built a distinct specialty in coliving, mid-term rentals, and furnished apartments, blending traditional property management with a modern, hospitality-driven approach to housing. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an exceptional operator to help us run and scale our portfolio.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and intrapreneurial Leasing & Operations Manager to take ownership of leasing, operations, collections, and the day-to-day performance of our buildings. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives on solving problems, building systems, and driving results across a fast-moving portfolio. You will work closely with leadership and have real autonomy to make decisions, improve processes, and grow with the company. This is an in-office role, five days per week, with regular travel to our sites across Miami.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full leasing cycle: marketing units, showings, applicant screening, lease execution, and renewals across coliving, mid-term, and furnished apartment products.
- Oversee day-to-day operations for the portfolio, including maintenance coordination, vendor management, turnovers, and unit readiness.
- Drive collections, monitor delinquencies, and implement processes that keep revenue and occupancy strong.
- Serve as a key point of contact for residents, ensuring a high-quality, hospitality-driven experience.
- Build, document, and continuously improve systems and standard operating procedures that scale across hundreds of buildings.
- Track and report on key performance metrics such as occupancy, leasing velocity, delinquency, and operating costs.
- Travel regularly to sites across Miami to inspect properties and ensure our standards are met.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and grow the business.
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of experience in property management, leasing, real estate operations, hospitality, or a related field.
- Total on target compensation of $85,000.
- An intrapreneurial mindset: you take ownership, move fast, and figure things out without waiting to be told.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle many properties and priorities at once.
- Excellent communication and people skills with residents, vendors, and team members.
- Comfort with property management software, spreadsheets, and modern operational tools.
- A track record of driving results in collections, leasing, or operational performance.
- Experience with coliving, mid-term, or furnished rentals is a strong plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus given our Miami market.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to sites across Miami.
