We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced healthcare managers who can help train their latest language model on healthcare administration and services management tasks.
We're looking for senior managers with 5 years overseeing clinical or administrative operations at top hospitals or health systems to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core healthcare management workflows: department budgeting, quality improvement reporting, regulatory compliance documentation, staff performance management, operational analysis, and strategic planning memos.
Compensation: $100/hour
Commitment: Flexible, up to 20 hours per week (up to $2k/week)
Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
Start date: April
Qualifications:
- Healthcare Services Manager or Administrator with 5 years at a top hospital or health system
