- Review and evaluate all referrals
- Conduct in-home assessments
- Coordination and supervision of care

- Standards of Performance for Branch Operations
Position Requirements:
- Current License as a Registered Nurse
- BSN required
- Minimum 3 years of RN clinical experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in home care
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
