Position Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing clinical and administrative operations
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to clinical staff
- Monitor care quality, timeliness, and compliance
- Participate in performance improvement programs
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- RN license in Texas preferred
- 5 years of home health or related healthcare experience
- 2 years of home health leadership experience.
- Knowledge of CMS regulations and home health standards
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
